How Did 2025 Go at Universe Group?
2025 was an intense year for Universe Group. We grew as a team, scaled our businesses, and turned AI automation from an experiment into a working tool used in everyday operations.
This year was about the people who joined the team, about internal growth, and about building systems without which scaling is impossible. It was about businesses going through different stages of development — from active growth to rethinking their focus. And it was about responsibility: to our team, our users, and our country.
Below, we share how 2025 went at Universe Group and across each of our businesses. We’ve collected the key numbers that summarize this journey in an infographic.

“In 2025, the Universe Group team grew significantly. We welcomed 236 new people, many of whom were juniors and career switchers. This means that we are not just scaling — we are consciously building an environment where people can start and grow their careers.
But people growth alone means nothing without systems. That’s why 2025 was about building processes, roles, and approaches that allow the team to grow without losing focus or quality. This work is often less visible, but it is exactly what creates the foundation for the long term.
In this sense, 2026 started for us already in 2025. We laid the groundwork for the next stage — with a clear focus on AI as part of our operational DNA and an understanding of how to scale further,” — Iryna Kraichyk, COO & Partner at Universe Group
How Did 2025 Go for Universe Group Businesses?
Guru Apps

Guru Apps focused on scaling the business and its internal processes. The year was marked by team growth, AI implementation, and product development in global markets. Since July 2025, business development has been led by Olha Breslavska, who took on the role of CEO of Guru Apps.

“For Guru Apps, 2025 was about speed, scale, and important decisions. Over the year, the team nearly doubled in size, and for me this was not just about hiring, but about building a system: strong leaders, clear ownership, and a culture where you can grow fast without losing focus on results.
We consciously invested in people, structure, and processes so that team scaling wouldn’t slow us down, but instead would strengthen our speed,” — Olha Breslavska, CEO of Guru Apps
Another key achievement for Guru Apps in 2025 was the implementation of AI. This year, AI became part of the business’s core strategy. Artificial intelligence automated a significant share of internal processes, allowing the team to successfully launch new products.
The impact of this approach is clearly visible at scale. In 2025, Guru Apps products surpassed 100 million total downloads, and users now use the company’s apps in 186 countries worldwide.
A standout achievement was the Visify app — an AI-powered photo studio “in your pocket.” In October 2025, it reached #1 in the Photo & Video category in the US, surpassing Instagram in downloads, and also entered the Top 5 apps overall in the App Store. For the world’s most competitive market, this confirms that Guru Apps products not only attract users but also shape new trends.
The team is also actively developing its own R&D center:
“Thanks to it, we significantly shortened the path from idea to launch, tested hypotheses faster, and entered new niches with long-term growth potential in global markets,” — Olha adds.
FORMA

2025 was a challenging but defining year for FORMA. Despite traditionally high ambitions, the team achieved almost all of its goals. At the same time, the business launched two new business units, developed new software, and opened additional growth directions.

“Given that we always set ambitious goals, achieving almost all of them is already great news. In the middle of the year, we faced a serious challenge related to payment processing. At one point, nearly half of the business’s efforts were focused on dealing with these issues. It was very difficult, but we handled it without losing focus on our core goals,” — Fedir Kotiai, CEO of FORMA
FORMA is a company that builds document workflow services and simplifies the daily work of millions of professionals. Its products have an average Trustpilot rating of 4.1, are translated into more than 30 languages, and are used in 180+ countries worldwide. In 2025 alone, users processed over 150 million documents.
A key focus of the year was the development of proprietary technologies, including AI-based solutions, that ensure stable service quality at scale. FORMA’s portfolio includes 100+ tools and AI solutions and more than 1,000 ready-to-use PDF forms for various industries — from tax and legal to healthcare and HR.
“We clearly understand where we’re going and how to get there in order to become #1 among paid-traffic businesses in 2026. We have a strong metrics foundation and a very powerful team coming together. That’s probably the main achievement of the year,” — Fedir concludes.
Wisey
In 2025, Wisey focused on developing a new product and internal changes in how the product is built. A large part of the team was involved in launching a new app, which became the core focus of the business.

“We released a new product and continue working on improving it. We built a product team almost from scratch, and a significant part of the business worked on this product for most of the year. This became our main focus,” — Bohdan Zhytnyk, CEO of Wisey
This year also became a personal transformation for the management team — a gradual shift from a marketing-driven approach to product thinking.
“Before, I was very marketing-driven, but now I’m moving more toward a product mindset. I truly believe that a business should be built around a genuinely high-quality product,” — Bohdan adds.
Today, Wisey brings together over 1 million users worldwide in a single app that combines three tools for improving personal productivity.
New Businesses

In 2025, building new businesses became a separate focus area for Universe Group. We worked systematically with ideas, tested hypotheses, and identified the group’s next growth opportunities. Teams quickly validated business models, launched MVPs, and worked with new technologies and markets. Over the year, new products and businesses were formed — some of which you will hear about very soon.

“When I look back at the results of 2025, the most important thing for me is not the numbers, but the people behind them. All of these results were made possible by the team — by their willingness to take responsibility, stay focused, grow, make mistakes, and move forward together.
We accomplished a lot this year, but I always say: 1% is done and 99% of opportunities are still ahead.
That’s why we enter 2026 with a sense of a long road ahead — with energy, ambition, and a team you want to keep moving forward with and achieving goals together,” — Yaroslav Morozov, Founder & CEO of Universe Group
This is how 2025 looked for us at Universe Group. In some areas, we confidently solved complex challenges; in others, we honestly learned from our own experience. But most importantly, we lived through this year together — maintaining focus, pace, and team unity.
We enter 2026 with a sense of moving forward — with curiosity about what can be improved and with a team that makes this journey meaningful.
See you in the new year!
