We know we could write about apps and our expertise (an extensive one) for quite a while. Today, though, we’d like to present to you our incredible office. The spots where creative brainstorms, discussions of fresh A/B tests results of our colleagues and planning of team-building events take place.
For every Universe member this is the place of strength and a kind of a safe haven. So, we invite you to a virtual tour of our favorite zones.
Let's start with the first favorite place — the Silent Room
If someone’s looking for a break from the office noise, it can surely be found in the Silent Room. A beautiful and stylish room with comfortable sofas, board games and a corporate library. There's also a vinyl player and one can relax and listen to music with the colleagues at the end of a working day.
Second relaxation area — “The Palace of Sports"
Movement is life, and we want to live long and happily. So, we equipped the office with a treadmill and a sports corner. Our colleagues often organise competitions to see who can hang on a bar longest, making the workday interesting and encouraging an active lifestyle. Next to the treadmill is a height-adjustable table, so you can have online meetings even there.
As you see, our favorite places are all about relaxation. So, let's go to the bar counter!
Here we celebrate our colleagues' Birthdays, bringing cakes and laughter, and meet for events over a glass of wine. Here’s also where the newcomers first onboarding takes place.
This is the heart of our kitchen.
We don't go far and stop by the round lunch tables
Inside the team we lovingly call them “the mastercard". Why? It’s two round tables that the team joined together and now they resemble a logo of a well-known payment system. Originally designed as a coffee point, these tables became a favorite spot of the "Universers". Here we have lunches together, discuss projects, weekends, share various ideas — and the list goes on endlessly.
Now we've reached our final point — the massage chair
Remember the Silent Room? In here we also have a massage chair! It's a real stress reliever on days when the work schedule is super intense, and muscles and minds need relaxation.
We believe that, thanks to these 5 locations, each member of our team can find a quality balance between work and relaxation.
Additionally, we take care of our employees’ safety. During last year's blackouts we were saved by a powerful generator, and during mass shellings — a shelter on the -1 floor. The office also has an uninterrupted Internet connection, there's always water and heat. This way, all "Universers" can work comfortably in case there's no electricity, heat and water at their homes because of shelling.
We also offer Universe employees to purchase Ecoflow stations at a 50% discount. Many of our colleagues have taken advantage of this opportunity to provide their homes with additional power reserves during possible outages. So, we can say with confidence that we are ready for any scenarios of this winter, securing comfort both in the office and at home.
