The Universe Group is launching Creative Marketing Internship 6.0 — a two-week offline internship for those who want to explore creative and digital marketing and gain commercial experience working with global markets. The program will take place in Kyiv from January 12 to 23, 2026, and applications are open until December 30. The top participants will have the opportunity to receive a job offer.

Creative Marketing Internship 6.0 combines practical tasks and lectures from Universe Group specialists and will take 2–4 hours per day. Participants will gain experience working with creatives for App and Web directions, as well as receive mentorship from the company’s marketing leads. The program will take place offline at the Unity Hub in Podil and includes networking with the team and comfortable conditions — snacks, lunches and everything needed for productive work.
🟡 The internship will be a good fit for those who:
have completed courses in marketing, creativity or design;
create or want to create creative content;
actively follow trends on social media;
have experience in SMM, scriptwriting or video production;
aim for fast growth in digital.
🟡 Candidate Requirements:
analytical thinking combined with creativity;
understanding of brand and performance advertising;
ability to see cause-and-effect relationships;
prioritization skills and focus on results;
English level B2 or higher.
🟡 Selection Stages:
To get into the internship, candidates need to complete several steps:
submit an application by December 30;
record a short video introduction;
complete a test task (2 days provided);
pass an interview with a recruiter.
