We have opened applications for a Creative Marketing Internship

Universe Group, a group of product IT companies, has opened applications for the Creative Marketing Internship in one of its businesses — Ruut. This is a product in the fitness and recovery niche focused on Tier-1 markets.

The internship is paid and will last 3 months offline in Kyiv or Warsaw. The top participants will have the opportunity to receive a full-time offer after completing the program. Applications are open until April 17.

Creative Marketing Internship is an opportunity for beginners in marketing to gain hands-on commercial experience working with a global audience and solving tasks that directly impact product growth.

What will participants do?

Interns will work on real business challenges alongside Design, User Acquisition, and Growth teams. Key areas include:

  • analyzing existing creatives and generating ideas for new ones;

  • preparing briefs for designers and production;

  • forming, testing, and evaluating creative hypotheses;

  • researching the audience and turning insights into creative solutions;

  • tracking trends on TikTok, Reels, and across competitors.

As a result, participants will gain experience in performance marketing and working with Tier-1 markets, that they can add to their portfolio.

Who can apply?

The program is designed for candidates who:

  • think in a structured and systematic way;

  • are open to challenges and fast learning;

  • actively use social media and understand content trends;

  • have strong empathy and audience understanding;

  • are self-driven and ready to take ownership of results;

  • have English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.

Selection process

The process consists of 4 stages:

  • application submission;

  • CV and a short video introduction;

  • test assignment;

  • final interview.

What is Ruut?

Ruut is a digital coach that helps users train and recover systematically based on data. The product combines personalized running plans, analytics, and recovery content, helping reduce the risk of injuries and chaotic training.

The startup was launched in July 2025. In its first 6 months, the product grew 45x, and the team found unit economics within the second week after launch.

Who will be the mentors?

Interns will work directly with the product founders:

Maksym Benival, Co-founder & CEO of Ruut — has been launching B2C consumer tech products since his teenage years, achieving unit economics in each of them and successfully exiting one.

Andrii Sukhostavskyi, Co-founder & Head of Marketing — has 5+ years of experience launching and scaling B2C products. Previously led marketing in a female tech product, growing it from launch to managing multi-million budgets.
