Universe Group, within the Genesis ecosystem, received the main award in the Forbes Ukraine “Employer of the Year 2026” ranking. The announcement was made during the award ceremony for participants of the “Employer of the Year 2026” ranking.
For us, this is a signal that the way we build our internal environment is working. Today, being a strong employer means providing opportunities to grow, influence the product, and work with people who set a high standard.
This award is the result of the work of the entire team: the businesses of Universe Group, UniCore, and everyone who drives change within the company every day.
Evaluation Criteria
The Forbes Ukraine award recognizes companies that set high standards for working with teams in Ukraine. The evaluation covers working conditions, employee development, and the ability to maintain corporate culture in the context of talent shortages, war, and competition for talent.
In 2026, the study became the largest in its history. Around 54,000 employees evaluated working conditions in their companies. A total of 370 companies were selected for consideration, and 50 employers made it to the final list.
This scale made it possible to form a more representative view of the labor market and companies’ internal practices.
For us, this award confirms that we are moving in the right direction and continuing to strengthen what is already working.
